One tray fits three of Epoch's big 12V batteries: the Essentials 300Ah, the Eco 314Ah and the Essentials 334Ah. Bolt it down once, and the battery that runs your RV, van or boat sits on a padded base under a strap, ready for washboard roads and heavy wake.

- 0.08 in (2 mm) tray plate

- Allow 15.5 in (394 mm) of length for the battery handles and 10.5 in (267 mm) of battery height to the terminal bolts

About the Epoch 300Ah, 314Ah and 334Ah Battery Tray
A 12V battery in the 300Ah class weighs close to 60 lb. In a hard stop or a big wake, that weight wants to keep moving. Epoch's data sheet for the 12334A-H calls for a tray, strap, bracket or enclosure that keeps the battery from sliding, tipping or striking nearby equipment. It also calls for hardware rated for the battery's weight. This tray is Epoch's own answer. It fastens to the floor, the battery sits on a foam pad, and a strap pulls it down tight.
The Epoch 12V 300Ah Essentials fits this tray, and so do the 12V 314Ah Eco and 12V 334Ah Essentials. You can plan the bay now and settle on capacity later.
Mounting a 300Ah Lithium Battery in an RV, Van or Boat
Pick fasteners for the surface underneath. Use wood screws into a plywood floor, or through-bolts with backing washers into metal or fiberglass. In a marine compartment, use corrosion-resistant hardware on a sound deck or shelf. Route the cables before the strap goes on, and leave room above the terminals for the cable bend.
A 300Ah battery can feed a big inverter, and the cables have to keep up. Our custom battery cables are made to order from 6 AWG to 4/0 AWG and cut to the run from the tray to your fuse and inverter.
