We offer troubleshooting support by phone or email to help get you back up and running as quickly as possible. If the issue turns out to be a warranty matter, we'll help coordinate with the manufacturer and advocate on your behalf throughout the process. We don't just hand you a phone number and send you on your way, our goal is to do as much as we can on our end first and make sure you're taken care of every step of the way. We're not engineers, but we have years of experience in the battery and solar market and can help you select the right products for your setup. Tell us what you're working with: your power needs, the appliances you're running, any code requirements, the size of your setup, and we'll take it from there. It doesn't matter if you're an experienced installer or brand new to this. We'll ask the right follow-up questions and help you size your battery bank, match components, and make sure everything is compatible. We keep the conversation going until we're both confident you're getting what you need.

Yes, partial or full systems, we can help you put it all together. Just reach out and tell us about your project and we'll help you navigate the component selection process based on your specific needs and goals.

We include all manufacturer-provided documentation and diagrams with your order. Because we are not licensed engineers, we don't create custom wiring diagrams for individual setups. That said, our team can help answer general questions about how your components work together during the ordering process.

Yes, if you run into issues after your purchase, our team is available by phone or email to help troubleshoot. We don't just disappear after the sale. We'll work with you to diagnose the problem and get you back up and running. If it turns out to be a warranty issue, we'll be right there with you, helping coordinate with the manufacturer and advocating on your behalf so you're not stuck navigating that process alone.

Our team is committed to helping you through your project during the ordering process and long after. Maintaining contact with the same associate throughout the process is not always possible. We strive to keep you connected with the same associate each time we make contact to keep those familiar with each project available. Rest assured that if you end up working with a representative different from the person you started, they are equipped to handle your situation with the quality and individuality you can expect. A change in associates does not alter compensation for our team.

Absolutely. Whether you're adding more panels, expanding your battery bank, or upgrading components, you can reach out to our team the same way you would for a new system. Tell us what you currently have and what you're looking to add, and we'll help you select compatible products and make sure everything works together.

Some of our batteries are UL listed and some are not. Certification status is shown on each product listing, so you can verify before purchasing. If code compliance is a factor in your project, our team can help you identify which products meet the certifications you need.

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Current Connected is not the warranty provider. We are a reseller, and all warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer. That said, we don't leave you to figure it out on your own. If you reach out to us with a warranty issue, we'll troubleshoot with you first and then advocate on your behalf, helping coordinate with the manufacturer to get things resolved. For Victron products specifically, we handle warranty coordination directly when you contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship Monday through Friday between 7 am and 3:00 pm PST, in the order they were received. There is no priority given to larger or custom orders. Orders with all items in stock typically ship within 2 business days, often faster. Orders placed before noon on business days are frequently shipped the same day.

If your order contains backordered items, it will be held until all items are available so we can ship your order complete. If you'd prefer a partial shipment rather than waiting, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you (additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments).

Orders containing custom items such as battery cables or Victron inverters may take additional time, as these are fabricated and programmed by our assembly team before shipping.

During exceptionally high order volume periods, shipping may face short delays.

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders typically ship 24-48 hours after business starts on the first day of business each week. This means orders placed after 3:00 pm PST on Friday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on Monday through Friday before noon are often shipped the same day. Please note that during exceptionally high order volume periods, order shipping may face short delays. Orders containing custom items such as cables may experience slight delays, as most custom items are manufactured to order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that tracking may show as created but not yet scanned by the carrier right away. If you haven't received a tracking email and believe your order should have shipped, check your spam folder or contact us.

All lithium batteries (LiFePO4 included) must be shipped via Freight or Ground shipping. Typical delivery time in the US for in-stock batteries is 5-7 business days. Due to federal shipping restrictions, lithium batteries cannot be shipped overnight or express. The USPS does not allow batteries to be shipped to Post Office boxes (PO Boxes). Please use a street address serviceable by FedEx or UPS for your shipping address.

International shipping is difficult and in most cases isn't something we're able to offer. It depends on the products involved and the destination, and shipping costs can be significant. That said, if you're outside the US and willing to explore options, contact us and we'll be upfront about what's realistic for your situation.

Most of the time, yes! These orders require a custom shipping quote. You can email or call us to request a shipping quotation and our team will be happy to assist. We can also coordinate with your freight forwarders for ocean shipping.

On occasion, we offer promotional events as a way of reducing costs for our customers, especially during the holiday season. However, we are unable to maintain this full-time. Rest assured, our team works as hard as we can to keep shipping and freight costs as low as we can while maintaining high quality shipping services.

Orders & Pickup

Pickup is available at our Hayden, Idaho and Las Vegas, Nevada warehouses by appointment only. Just contact us to place your order and schedule a convenient pickup time. Please make sure you arrive with a vehicle that has enough space for your items, and keep in mind that many products like batteries and solar panels will be palletized. A truck will be needed for any items that typically ship via freight. If your vehicle isn't suited for the load, we may need to reschedule your pickup. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days from ordering.

Upon placing an order, our order system sends a confirmation email to the address provided. Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email.

After payment has been authorized and your order has been processed, our order system will send an email with your receipt details. If you have not received your receipt, please make sure to check your spam folder. Please note, if your payment is not authorized or declined, you will not receive a receipt as the order is unable to process.

Pricing, Tax & Discounts

We accept all major credit cards as well as Klarna and Affirm for flexible payment options. Payment is processed at the time your order is submitted.

Yes. We offer financing through Klarna and Affirm, both available at checkout. These options allow you to split your purchase into payments. Terms and approval depend on the provider and your eligibility.

Yes. We work with installers, sub-distributors, and other trade professionals looking for competitive wholesale pricing. We also specialize in kitting services, so if you're an installer running the same system configuration across multiple jobs, we can pre-package your components and have them ready to go.

Sales tax is applied to all orders by default. If you have a valid sales tax exemption, you can submit your exemption certificate to our team and we'll update your account. For full details on the process and requirements, refer to the sales tax policy in our terms and conditions.

We do our best to take care of our customers to the best of our ability every single day, and that includes how we price our products. We strive to provide the best prices possible, all the time while maintaining compliance with our vendors, the law, and ethical business practices. Therefore we do not offer status or company-affiliated discounts. Instead, we provide private member prices that are accessible to everyone. A charge from CURRENTCON* or CRNT CNCTD* is a purchase from Current Connected at www.currentconnected.com. The number after the # is your order number. For example, in CURRENTCON* O #00000, your order number is 00000. You can use this to find your order confirmation email or look up the order in your account. If you have any questions, or don't recognize this charge, please reach out immediately!
