The Littelfuse Mega fuse provides high-current circuit protection from 40A through 500A using patented Diffusion Pill Technology. This “Slo-Blo” design handles the surge currents that occur when inverters start up or batteries begin charging, without nuisance tripping during normal operation.
Rated at 70VDC maximum, these fuses work perfectly with all common battery voltages – 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, and 60V systems. The bolt-down design mounts securely onto M8 studs in your fuse holder or distribution block. Just torque the mounting hardware to 25Nm (about 18 ft-lbs) for a solid, low-resistance connection that won’t overheat under load.

The color-coded housings make it easy to identify amperage ratings at a glance during installation or troubleshooting.
