The IntegraRack IR-45ASA is an adjustable, scalable, and DIY-friendly racking system for any size solar array.  These racks can be secured with innovative anchoring systems such as EarthBallast, AnchorSpike, Concrete anchors,  or even concrete curb stops or low-profile water tanks – installation has never been easier!

  • No earth augers, concrete piles, or post pounding required
  • Each frame is laser-cut from high-grade aluminum, and secures to panels with stainless-steel hardware
  • Compatible with any full-size (300W+) solar module without any modification to the module
  • Holds the panels at a 15 to 45 degree angle (easily adjustable).  Also available in 15 degree and 30 degree angles
  • Ships in a compact box via ground parcel transport – no need for expensive freight deliveries
  • Solar panel installation requires one more mount than the number of solar panels (For example, 4 panels require 5 mounts)
  • The price shown is for one individual frame

Ballast Method

Required

This is how you will hold down your panels and frames. IntegraRack offers a few options, from weight on the frames with the EarthBallast method to screwing the frames in place using the EarthScrews or Lag Bolts.

  • EarthBallast is a great option for any location, as it only requires gravel or water tanks as the weight to hold the frames and panels down
  • AnchorSpikes are great for dense, compact soil; the spikes are hollow and allow the epoxy to seep into the ground, securing the frames
  • Footing Lag Bolts are used with frames mounted on concrete slabs
  • EarthScrews are similar to AnchorSpikes, but instead of using epoxy to secure the frames down, the screws dig into the earth to hold the frames in place; dense soil required
