Description
The EG4 48V LifePower4 V2 battery stores up to 5.12kWh of energy, and the ability to connect up to 64 batteries in parallel provides up to 327.68kWh of storage for a larger alternative energy system. This makes it an ideal storage solution for a variety of applications, including small off-grid cabins or larger commercial or industrial installations.
Each battery includes important safety features. Fire arrestors automatically activate when the battery cells reach a hazardous level to suppress a fire before it becomes dangerous.
RSD (Rapid Shutdown) is also important in any energy system. Should firefighters or other emergency personnel need to access the energy system during a crisis, it’s important that they can completely shut down the system. The LifePower4 V2 batteries include emergency stop capabilities. When connected to an RSD button or an inverter with RSD capabilities, these batteries can accept the shutdown signal to protect any personnel working around the energy storage system.
As server rack batteries, it’s easy to store individual batteries or entire energy storage systems in solutions like the EG4 6-slot battery rack. Small systems with plans for future expansion can use a rack with one or two batteries and can add additional batteries as needed. Larger systems can fill multiple racks with batteries to optimize organization.
Choose EG4’s LifePower4 V2 battery for off-grid tiny homes, shops, or for commercial energy systems.

After watching Will Prowse video on building a off grid system https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pd5IqeBq42k I ordered this battery and inverter. It arrived via FedEx Freight. It will well packaged and secured on the pallet. The battery is a beast and I am happy I stuck with Will’s recommendation. CurrentConnected ordering was easy and processed quickly! I will be ordered more after I watch more of Will’s videos.

Have had 3 of these batteries set up in an EG4 cabinet. They charge and discharge perfectly. The canbus communication with my Victron Cerbo set up nicely. I have the BMS controlling two multiplus2 inverters charging parameters using DVCC in the Cerbo without issue. Great budget batteries.
