2 AWG Pure Copper Battery Cables – Reliable Power Transmission for High Amperage Applications

We believe in quality first and were rather disappointed with other cables options available on the market, so we decided the best solution would be to build them to our strict standards rather than outsource.

Our DC hookup cables are an ideal solution for a wide range of high amperage applications from off-grid power systems to RVs and more.  The cables are made from premium Windynation Power-Flex Cable, which is a very fine stranded 100% pure copper cable. We fabricate these cables with tin coated copper cable Lugs, which have great electrical conductivity and prevent a poor connections caused by corrosion.

To crimp these cables, we use a 6-point, 10-ton hydraulic press that creates a cold weld between the cable and lug.  After crimping, we apply a polyolefin glue-lined heat shrink tube, forming a protective seal around the cable and lugs to keep moisture out.  Every single cable goes through three quality assurance checks before being packaged and sent to you.
