Description

Aptos designed the Aptos AC Connector Unlock Tool for use in residential or commercial alternative energy systems using the Aptos MAC-400 or MAC-800 microinverters. In these systems, the Aptos AC Bus Cable connects the microinverter to the rest of the energy system, and it’s necessary to use the AC Connector Unlock tool when disconnecting the microinverter cable from the bus cable. 

Aptos designed the AC Connector Unlock Tool to increase efficiency and prevent damage when performing maintenance on the system. The unlock tool slides into the AC port to disconnect the two components. This tool protects wire connection points, securing the system from damage that could facilitate electrical shorts or other hazardous situations.
