[Discontinued] EG4 Indoor WallMount 48V 100Ah 5.12kWh LiFePO4 Battery, UL 1973 & UL 9540A Lithium Battery

EG4’s 100Ah Indoor WallMount battery is residential grade for homeowners and off-grid users who want to keep parts of their house running in emergencies, during brown-outs, or complete power outages. When paired with a hybrid inverter, the battery can be used to defer peak rate power consumption to lower rate periods.

This battery is a 5.12kWh 51.2V LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery with a 100A maximum continuous charge/discharge current and a 150A integrated busbar. The battery has a built-in 100A Battery Management System (BMS) that provides energy monitoring and safety features.

Dual Degson quick-connect terminals paired with a 150A bus bar makes this battery scalable. As energy or project needs increase, a single purchase can be followed later by additional batteries that are connected with parallel cables. Smaller than its 280Ah counterpart, it's ideal for limited budgets or minor energy requirements.

An optional conduit box organizes the wiring between your EG4 WallMount battery and inverter. They create a clean transition from conduits running to AC, DC, and PV sources to EG4 inverters, making the connection process simpler and reducing the cost and complication of additional electrical fittings.

RS485 and CANBus closed-loop communication enables interoperability with many inverters. While best suited for use with EG4 inverters, it supports multiple protocols that are compatible with other inverters.

The battery features EG4’s total rapid shutdown technology that de-energizes the entire system, including the batteries. This is accomplished via a remote trip circuit breaker that is signalled to physically shut off in the event of an emergency, completely de-energizing the entire system. This safety feature eliminates the need for additional external DC disconnects required by code.
