The Victron VE.Bus Smart Dongle allows Bluetooth connection to any Victron Inverter. This allows monitoring and slight setting changes but does not offer full programming of the inverters. It offers information such as the current state the inverter is in, the amperage going through, and the voltage it is outputting to batteries. For full programming features, you would need the MK3 to USB.

Yes, this dongle supports 12, 24, 36, and 48v systems. The acceptable voltage range is 8-70v.
