Busbars simplify installation and maintenance by providing a single location for multiple connections. Battery cables and inverter cables can all connect to the busbar, removing the need to parallel batteries and providing centralized power distribution.
The 300A busbar includes 12 terminals, and the 600A busbar includes 6 terminals. While Pytes designed the 300A busbar for the 48100R Server Rack Battery, both busbars are compatible with a variety of products, including the V5 battery, the V10 battery, Sol-Ark inverters, and Victron inverters.
Pytes manufactures these busbars with stainless steel terminals and nuts. While stainless steel is used less frequently than aluminum or copper, it’s impervious to high temperatures or corrosive elements and chemicals. The stainless steel design highlights Pytes’ dedication to quality and makes these busbars suited for humid or corrosive environments such as coastal regions.
These busbars incorporate nickel plated copper as the primary material of the bar. Nickel plating provides superior performance and longevity. As a hard material, it holds up in stressful applications or installations including vibration. The nickel provides additional corrosion protection and resists wear, protecting the copper beneath and ensuring consistent performance for many years.
