IntegraRack IntegraGel – Single Tube

IntegraRack IntegraGel is a critical component for solar mounting components. IntegraGel is made for use with IntegraRack mounting products and most common housing building materials. IntegraGel’s thick viscosity secures pieces in place and works to enhance the stability and durability of mounting hardware.

It is a two-part epoxy that creates a seal between the mounting surface and the solar panel mount. Apply the gel to the surface, place the mount, and insert the fastener while the IntegraGel is in its liquid state. For products like the IR-05 flat roof mount and IR-T1 tile mount bracket, the IntegraGel secures the mounting pieces to the roof or deck.

It takes one tube of IntegraGel for every five IR-05 mounts or every ten IR-T1 mounts. The seal becomes permanent after it has finished curing and will become solid. The seal creates a corrosion-resistant barrier between the contact surfaces and air or moisture.

IntegraRack’s IntegraGel is a chemical-cure, non-sagging epoxy with a one-hour potlife. It fits any standard caulk gun, and it comes with a self-mixing nozzle to ensure the two part solution is evenly mixed when piped.

This two part epoxy sets in one hour with an ambient temperature of 70°F, but drying times may vary in inclement weather. The minimum temperature for application is 40°F. It can be applied in vertical and overhead surfaces, as the gel-like consistency prevents dripping.

It is important to ensure the installation substrate is free of moisture and debris prior to installation, as a clean and dry surface is imperative to creating a successful seal.
