Marinco 15A 125V Straight Blade Power Inlet – Black/White

Description

The Marinco 150BBI Power Inlet is a NEMA 5-15P straight blade power inlet, rated for 15A at 125Vac. The power inlet is intended to be installed as a permanent power connection for small circuits or a single appliance such as a battery charger, and fits into a 1.5in diameter cutout.  Two mounting options are available.  Three holes are provided for the inlet to attach to the mounting surface with screws, or the threaded rear mounting ring at the rear of the housing clamps down on the surface. Power cables of the circuit or appliance are hardwired to the rear screw terminals of the Power Inlet. The terminals are color coded, where live power connects to black, neutral to clear and ground to green. The terminal screws are present on the side of the Inlet, where they will be guarded from exposure when the unit is installed flush against a wall or hull. This Power Inlet is suitable for aluminum and fiberglass surfaces, like RVs or boat hulls. The UV resistant housing withstands constant sun exposure.
