Product Summary

Dual-entry liquid tight cordgrip that routes two PV cables through a single 1/2" NPT knockout. Accepts 6mm diameter USE-2 and PV wire (standard 10 AWG PV cable). IP68 rated and resistant to salt water, oil, gasoline, and common solvents. Includes metal lock nut for a weatherproof seal.

About the Heyco PV Wire Dual Entry Gland

This cordgrip lets you run two PV cables into a single 1/2" knockout on a combiner box, disconnect, or any outdoor-rated metal enclosure. Instead of using two knockouts for a positive and negative home run, one gland handles both conductors. On enclosures with limited knockout positions, that's a meaningful space saver.

Conduit Transition

The other common use is at the end of a conduit run where PV wire transitions to open air at the array. Thread the gland into the end of the conduit, feed the cables through, and tighten the lock nut. The TPE rubber sealing gland compresses around each cable individually to maintain the IP68 seal.

Material and Chemical Resistance

The nylon body and TPE gland resist salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents. The operating temperature range covers -40°F to 239°F in static installations. These hold up on rooftops, ground mounts, and coastal environments.
