Description

The MultiPlus is designed with hybrid PowerAssist technology, which steps in to boost your power output from a generator or shoreside supply when needed, being able to deal with high-demand situations. This allows for a stable power supply even if the AC input fails to produce the needed power as well as ensuring that the AC source is never overloaded. 

During grid failures or shore/generator power disconnections, the Victron 48V MultiPlus-II 5kVA can take up the loads. This allows for operation without disruption even with no grid (less than 20 millisecond transfer). When paired with a GX device, the Victron MultiPlus 48V 5kVA can be monitored or programmed remotely. Setup for the VRM (Victron Remote Monitoring) is free and easy, with simple steps on the Victron site.

Is this multiplus-ii model also UL listed? I saw that it has better capability for grid-tie

Answer:

No it is not. The UL version will have a different SKU and will be noted at UL-1741 in the title.

Question:

If i were to order this unit today being this particular unit is in process of being UL would any shipped unit of this same be able to be UL listed also?
