If you recently purchased or already own an EG4 inverter and are trying to connect the WiFi or hardwired ethernet modem to the web monitoring platform, then you will be prompted for a customer code during the connection process. For inverters purchased through us (Current Connected), then you will want to use the customer code “Current Connected” including the space in the middle. Using our customer code allows us access to view your system vitals and provide assistance on the setup of the inverter – without using our code, we are unable to login and view your system.

Please do note that Current Connected, LLC is unable to offer technical support and service on equipment purchased from other vendors.
