The VE.Bus BMS is an external BMS made for Victron batteries. It works as a battery monitor, protection system, and communication device with the Victron inverter/chargers with VE.Bus communication. It offers over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, and under-temperature protection ensuring the batteries do not suffer damage from any of these sources (Over-voltage protection can still be bypassed and cause damage with enough voltage). This external BMS offers pre-alarms, alerting to potential issues that can arise from use.

The VE.Bus BMS offers a range of functionalities to adapt to your specific needs and preferences. This external BMS comes with plenty of protection states and failsaves to ensure the battery is not damaged by general use.

• Remote On/Off Terminals: Enjoy convenient control over your VE.Bus inverter/charger remotely with devices such as a VE.Bus Smart dongle or GX device.
• VE.Direct and VE.Can Solar Charger Control: Effortlessly manage both VE.Direct and VE.Can solar chargers via a GX device, providing you with centralized control and enhanced system efficiency.
• Auxiliary Power Input and Output: The VE.Bus BMS features auxiliary power terminals that keep your GX device powered even during a system shutdown.
