The newest Microinverter from Enphase, the IQ8 has built upon the previous modules. A new feature lets it run in both grid-tied or off-grid systems due to the new application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC). This makes it good for any residential system.

Description

The IQ8A Microinverters are the new microinverters from phase, which have improved on the previous iteration as they can now produce power even when the grid is offline. This allows it to be used in both grid-tied and off-grid systems, while still allowing for implementation in an Enphase IQ system. With an easy connection with MC4 connectors, these microinverters are quick to install. With a guarantee for a longer lifespan, the warranty is up to 25 years.
