The Cummins Onan P9500DF EFI is a powerful generator able to run from either gasoline or propane, and it includes EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection). With a continuous power supply of 7.5kW and a peak power output of 9.5kW, this generator easily powers large appliances or power tools. It’s possible to start this generator with a single button press, a remote key fob, or a backup pull cord. The built-in button is an easy way to start the generator as it only requires a single press. This button both turns on and turns off the generator. 

For remote starting, the included key fob starts the generator up to 99ft away. The generator also includes pull start capability for use in the unlikely event that the start button and remote key fob do not work.

The Onan P9500DF EFI includes multiple safety features. These include CO (carbon monoxide) detection and CARB (California Air Resources Board) certification. 

Both propane and gasoline generators produce CO as a byproduct. This invisible, odorless gas kills in minutes, so it’s important to prevent its buildup. 

The Onan P9500DF EFI continuously monitors the gas levels in the air, and if the CO levels get too high, the generator automatically turns off. This prevents the gas from accumulating, keeping the environment around the generator safe as it powers connected loads.
