Description

Epoch’s 12V 460Ah V2 Elite battery is small enough for mobile applications and still powerful enough to start a generator, run hydraulic levelers, and power a large RV through the night. The V2 Elite battery is a high-performance, high-durability, mobile friendly power storage solution that works as both a starter battery and a deep-cycle battery. 

Epoch made the V2 Elite battery waterproof, dustproof, self heating, fire suppressant, and vibration resistant. It’s the perfect solution for nearly any environment and temperature, including marine applications. The normal charge and discharge temperature ranges are 32-131°F and -4-131°F respectively, but the self heating mechanism enables charging below freezing. 

It’s also small. As a Group 8D battery, it’s small enough to fit comfortably in an RV or other mobile structure, and it has enough cranking power to start a generator. This size and power make it a great upgrade option for lead acid or LiFePO4 battery systems. 

A single battery has 5.89kWh, which is enough to power a large RV through the night. Connect up to 16 batteries wired in parallel for a maximum storage of 94.2kWh. This scalability makes the V2 Elite battery ideal for small off-grid cabins and corporate or industrial buildings. 

Tools like the Epoch Li-Ion app make it easy to remotely monitor the battery health. It provides real time information for the whole battery bank, for each individual battery, and for each cell within each battery. 

Firmware updates are important to maintain battery health and functionality, and the Epoch Li-Ion app facilitates these updates. Updates require internet connection and a smartphone or other device with Bluetooth capability. Both the battery and the smart device must remain powered and unlocked during the update, but the update only takes 5-10 minutes, making the process both easy and simple.
