Where is Current Connected located?
Current Connected was founded in Hayden Lake, Idaho. We have locations based out of scenic Hayden, Idaho and sunny Las Vegas, Nevada.
Do you help design systems?
We provide product selection assistance, and design help based on several years of experience in the battery and solar market.
Can you help me determine what components I need for an entire system?
Partial or entire, we can help you out!
Do you offer local pickup?
Pickup is available at our Hayden, Idaho and Las Vegas, Nevada warehouses by appointment only. Just contact us to place your order and schedule a convenient pickup time. Please make sure you arrive with a vehicle that has enough space for your items, and keep in mind that many products like batteries and solar panels will be palletized. A truck will be needed for any items that typically ship via freight. If your vehicle isn’t suited for the load, we may need to reschedule your pickup. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days from ordering.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship daily between 6 am – 2:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday, in the order they were received. There is no priority given to larger or custom orders.
How long does it take to ship?
We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders typically ship 24-48 hours after business starts on the first day of business each week. This means orders placed after 2:00 pm PST on Friday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on Monday through Friday before noon are often shipped the same day. Please note that during exceptionally high order volume periods, order shipping may face short delays.
Can you ship Internationally?
Generally we do not ship outside of the United States. We can, on occasion, find solutions for those outside of our service area. If you are outside of the United States, please contact us and we will see what kind of solutions we can offer.
Can you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Most of the time, yes! Please contact us for a quotation on shipping charges.
Is there any way the shipping cost can be reduced?
On occasion, we offer promotional events as a way of reducing costs for our customers, especially during the holiday season. However, we are unable to maintain this full-time. Rest assured, our team works as hard as we can to keep shipping and freight costs as low as we can while maintaining high quality shipping services.
Do you have any recommended installers?
We are in the process of establishing an installers list. If you would like to be added to our recommended installers list, please contact us and provide a heading with “(Your Name / Company Name) Installers List Query.”
Do you offer wiring diagrams?
We will happily provide the documentation/diagrams in the manufacturer’s literature; however, we do not provide customized diagrams corresponding to the parts you ordered.
Can I get my battery shipped faster?
All lithium batteries (LiFePO4 included) must be shipped via Freight or Ground shipping. Typical delivery time in the US for in-stock batteries is 5-7 business days. Due to federal shipping restrictions, lithium batteries cannot be shipped overnight or express. The USPS does not allow batteries to be shipped to Post Office boxes (PO Boxes). Please use a street address serviceable by FedEx or UPS for your shipping address.
Do you offer Military, Senior, or other status-based discounts?
We do our best to take care of our customers to the best of our ability every single day, and that includes how we price our products. We strive to provide the best prices possible, all the time while maintaining compliance with our vendors, the law, and ethical business practices. Therefore we do not offer status or company-affiliated discounts. Instead, we provide private member prices that are accessible to everyone. Simply register on our website to receive immediate savings opportunities on several products. Do I need to work with the same representative so they can get a commission on my purchase?
Our team is committed to helping you through your project during the ordering process and long after. Maintaining contact with the same associate throughout the process is not always possible. We strive to keep you connected with the same associate each time we make contact to keep those familiar with each project available. Rest assured that if you end up working with a representative different from the person you started, they are equipped to handle your situation with the quality and individuality you can expect. A change in associates does not alter compensation for our team.
How do I know if you received my order?
Upon placing an order, our order system sends a confirmation email to the address provided. Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email.
I am seeing sales tax on my order when I am sales tax-exempt. Why?
Please refer to our sales tax policy within our terms and conditions. This policy also explains the process for providing your sales tax exemption.
I paid for my order, but I haven’t gotten a receipt.
After payment has been received and your order has been processed, our order system will send an update email with instructions and your order update. If something has gone wrong with your payment or if you have not received the described email, please contact us. Additionally, please contact us if you wish to use a bank wire to pay for your order, even if you have done so previously.
I can’t login to my account when I use the Brave browser. What do I do?
Some of the shields may prevent CloudFlare bot protection from validating your request. It is best to lower your shields for the Current Connected website in order to allow CloudFlare to validate the request and permit logging in.
