These cells have been capacity tested by us and failed to meet their manufacturers spec. Their typical capacity based on our testing is over 225ah. Please purchase at your own risk. Capacities under 225ah are covered and will be replaced under warranty for 30 days from the date of delivery.

These cells need to be connected together with the appropriate bus bars.  Our default quantity is 1 busbar per cell, so a 4 cell pack would get 4 busbars.  You will also need  a battery management system,  sold separately.  If you need help to determine which BMS you need, feel free to contact us.

Permanent, laser welded M6 threaded studs are paired with the included serrated nuts ensuring a strong connection that will last for years, without the worry of loose interconnections or stripped cells.

These REPT Batteries are B-grade cells without QR codes.  These cells look brand new, thanks to what appears to be a fresh blue plastic wrap around the outside. Since the QR codes that contain the production data are missing, they are most likely second hand and/or used cells.  The rated capacity is 280ah with an internal resistance less than 0.3 milliohms.  Our capacity testing has indicated that these cells are under capacity and only are outputting around 80% of their rated capacity. Beware of cells such as these on other sites such as Alibaba & Aliexpress that are incorrectly advertised as brand new and full capacity.

If you want brand new Grade A+ cells that exceed their rating and will last for many years, we highly recommend the CALB 230ah Grade A++ Cells or the GFB 206ah cells, both of which are brand new legitimate cells.

Typically, 4 or more of these cells will be wired in series or parallel-series with a Battery Management System (BMS) to create a 12 volt battery, 8 cells for a 24v battery, or 16 cells for a 48v battery, with a suitable BMS. They may be paralleled at a cell level to increase your overall capacity (Ah).

It is very important to use a BMS to manage these cells.  Here’s Why
LiFePO4 chemistry is easily damaged by over charging, over discharging, over/under temperature, and especially low temperature charging.  Use a BMS that monitors each series-connected cell (or group of parallel connected cells) and has a low-temperature cutoff.

• 500A REC-Q BMS for 8S or 16S Packs
• 500A REC A BMS for 4S Packs
• 150A/100A/100A JBD BMS for 4S, 8S, or 16S Packs
