Lynx Modular Bus Bar Configurator

Step #1: Monitoring Method

The most important consideration when building a power distribution system is the method of monitoring. Each system has its own strengths.

Victron SmartShunt 500A

OK to use if you are using a small battery bank, but not good if you are going to be using the Lynx Power-In in combination with the Lynx Distributor.

Victron BMV-712

Also OK to use in a similar manner as the SmartShunt. Again, this is not good if you wish to use both the Lynx Power-In and Distributor as it doesn't wire in well.
